Our signature Pilates experience is stepping into the evening for the first time, and going hybrid. This round blends mat and reformer work into one flow, so you get the grounding of the mat and the resistance of the reformer in a single session. We're taking over Spyce Pilates for the night, so everything you need is waiting for you in the studio. Same room full of women who get it, now lit a little lower and turned up a little softer.

This is your midweek reset. Move through a sequence designed to release everything you've been holding, then stay for mocktails by Toast Tours that taste like a night out without the next-morning regret.

The dress code is simple: wear all black. It sets the tone and it photographs beautifully.
